I love maps and recently just found a map that simulates sun shadows, how cool! You ask what to do with this information? I’m going to use it to plan running routes for more or less sun (depending if it is summer or winter)​

I feel instantly home when I'm in a mountain town and here are my favorites, Jackson Hole, Wyoming, El Chalten Patagonia, and Graeagle, California

I have an ongoing list of small things that make a big impact and here are the latest:

  • tea (once a friend offered me a cup of tea when I couldn’t get the worries out when trying to sleep, it actually made me feel a lot better, and now I view as magic in a cup)

  • bedside lamps, I hate sterile overhead lights (especially the ones found in freshman dorm rooms) and also having to get up after reading in bed so this really kills two birds with one stone

  • ​me ;)

I feel my most beautiful when I’m backcountry skiing

Red onions and herbs instantly elevate a good sandwiches to a great one, and I’m slowly starting to like olives

My sneaky favorite color is yellow and my closet is slowly accumulating more and more yellow.​

Cookie dough is my favorite dessert and I can make chocolate chips cookies in under 20 minutes because I made cookies at least once a week for my family in high school
